Are you a skilled estimator, looking to join a truly unique, market-leading & highly specialised metalworks firm? What we're looking for is a candidate with
- Experience within metalwork and/or construction - architectural fabrications is highly desirable
- Proficient in Estimating with subcontractors
- Sound knowledge of JCT & NEC and contract handling, CDM regulations & building regulations
- Good understanding of Risk Management
- Literature in architectural and technical drawings
- CAD knowledge is highly advantageous
- A self-motivated and skilled communicator, with a strong analytical mind
Your roles and responsibilities
- Prepare and submit client quotations
- Examine supplier quotes and determine their feasibility
- Support project planning by ensuring requirements are communicated at the beginning of projects
- Effectively manage client and customer relationships
