Summary
Front of House Supervisor at Moorgate/London for a Prestigious corporate law firm client.
Monday to Friday, two different shifts on rotation.
Morning shift 7:00 – 15:30, Closing shift 9:00 – 17:30.
Salary: £33,500 a year

Job Description
What would we like from our supervisor?
- You will be supervising additional two members of the team, plus assisting the manager with day-to-day tasks.
- Ensuring the customer service and coordination of entrusted tasks are up to set standard.
- Working alongside you team members, preparing coffees, serving food, setting up, cleaning and resetting for the next day.
- Liaise with back of house and your line manager to support operational efficiency.
- Assist with stock takes and occasional supplier communication when placing orders.
- Edit and update daily menus in PowerPoint as needed
Administrative tasks
- Basic understanding of invoices and their processing
- Ability to create and maintain simple Excel spreadsheets
(stock, rota, orders, etc.)
- Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role (hospitality, café)
- Advanced ability to communicate effectively and calmly
- Reliable, problem-solving mind set, flexible
Customer Service experience
This is our most important requirement. Our attitude towards customer service can vary greatly from other places. We require professional approach with a personal care towards our customers. The use of customers names and certain amount of communication (when possible) is required from the team members to provide mental break for our customers.
We are looking for people with energetic and talkative personalities who possess strong communicative skills.
Multitasking - you need to able to perform the working tasks while paying attention to customers. Ignoring customers or ignoring the task at hand for the sake of the other will not work.

Qualifications
- Previous experience commensurate with role
- Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
- You draw satisfaction from supervising, training, and supporting a team

- Excellent organisational abilities; high attention to detail
- Concise and effective verbal and written communication
