Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries efficiently Booking and managing patient appointments using the practices electronic system Completing daily patient tasks Filing of results Processing repeat prescriptions and dealing with medication queries Maintaining patient records and ensuring accurate data entry Assisting in the smooth running of the practice by supporting clinical and non-clinical staff Liaising with medical staff and external services as required Always adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies
