Join Our Team as an Examinations Officer at Priory Community School!
Priory Community School is seeking a highly organised and motivated Examinations Officer to play a key role in the administration and delivery of internal and external examinations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and professional environment where attention to detail, staying calm under pressure, and a commitment to student success are highly valued.
You will be responsible for the coordination of the exam process, working closely with staff, students, invigilators, and awarding bodies to ensure the smooth and compliant running of all assessments. Your role will be central in helping students perform at their best during this important stage of their education.

As part of this role, you will;
To assist with the generation of examination results data working alongside the Data Manager
To carry out other duties appropriate to this position as instructed by the Assistant Principal or supervising teacher.
To manage the Access Arrangements systems for exam candidates, is in conjunction with the Specialist Assessor. Keep informed of the JCQ Regulations.
What you will need to succeed;
Literacy and Numeracy qualifications equivalent to GCSE Grade A – C or Level 2, on the national vocational framework.
Experience of Word Processing/Spreadsheet packages.
Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel.
Previous experience in an exams environment is desirable, but we welcome applications from individuals eager to make a positive impact in this vital area of school life.
