Summary

PMO Analyst (Hybrid Working), based at Epworth House, Derby

Permanent role - 37 hours per week

The salary for this role is £45,325 per annum rising to £46,780 after successful completion of your 6-month probationary period.

Are you highly organised, a great communicator and passionate about making change happen? Join our Strategy, Change and Performance team as a PMO Analyst and help us deliver projects that support colleagues and enhance the way we work across MHA.

From modernising systems to improving services, our Change Portfolio is focused on making a positive difference for the people who live and work in our care homes, retirement living schemes and community services.

As our PMO Analyst, you'll support project teams to follow good practice, stay on track and deliver real benefits. You'll help keep things running smoothly by coordinating reporting, maintaining records, tracking risks and supporting governance. You'll work closely with our Portfolio Manager, Programme Managers and Project Sponsors, and be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
