Department: Ward 15

Band 2, £24,465 Per annum, pro rata if part time

Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working

We have an exciting opportunity for band 2 ward clerk to join our busy, friendly teams on wards 15.

We provide high quality care to respiratory patients with a wide variety of needs. MKUH is committed to ensuring all staff feel valued within the organisation and there are lots of staff initiatives already available to staff including free parking.

The role of the ward clerk is to support the nursing team in the delivery of safe effective care to the patient to be achieved by performing administrative tasks in a diligent, professional way in order to assist with the smooth running of the service.

Be able to admit, transfer, discharge patients using the electronic patient record.
