JOB TITLE: CAREERS COORDINATORLOCATION: KINGS LYNN (WITH TRAVEL TO OTHER CAMPUSES)HOURS: 37 PER WEEK, 40 WEEK PER YEARSALARY: £26,347 - £27,561 (£28,634 - £29,952 FTE) INCLUSIVE OF A NON-CONTRACTUAL R&R ALLOWANCE OF £1925 PER ANNUM (£2500 FTE)Due to continued investment and growth in our careers provision at CWA we are recruiting to this exciting new role. You will take the lead in organising engaging events, work with internal and external partners to build collaborative links and ensure that our careers provision remains in line with Gatsy Benchmarks and current legislation and guidelines, ss well as contributing towards ensuring all study programme learners are provided with careers guidance to enable them to plan their own aspirational career pathway. This is a rewarding and busy role playing a real part in giving our learners a springboard into fulfilling and interesting careers. We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Work Placement and Careers team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
