Summary
Recruitment Professionals is seeking a proactive and experienced Room Leader for the 2–5s age group, on behalf of a well-established nursery in Pinner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a room catering to children aged 2 to 5
• Plan and deliver stimulating activities in line with EYFS
• Oversee daily routines and support junior staff
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience
• Strong EYFS knowledge and observation skills
• Excellent communication and planning abilities
