As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
In addition to carrying out routine cleaning duties, the successful candidate will actively support the core principles of placemaking — ensuring that all areas are consistently tidy, welcoming, and thoughtfully presented.
Your attention to detail, approachable manner, and responsiveness to ad hoc requests will contribute to a high-quality service environment and will be valued by both the ISS team and our NatWest client.
The Role
Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping
Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager
Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards across high-traffic and client-facing areas
Build positive rapport with building users and colleagues, contributing to a respectful and inclusive workplace
