Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately assemble Roman blinds according to specifications
- Inspect and ensure the quality of finished blinds
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in the production process
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Package finished items for shipment
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of materials and components
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn through on the job training and adapt to new techniques and processes.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Valid driver's license due to company location and potential travel requirements
