Crynodeb
As an NHS employee the role provides a comprehensive physical health service as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team to prisoners with physical health needs within the prison environment. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of NHS Nursing Practice within the Prison population. The focus of the role is both the delivery of evidence-based practice for prisoners presenting with a chronic condition, Infection control and the provision of preventative health care.
