Summary
Customer Service Operative
We are looking for an experienced customer service operative to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, strengthening the bond with existing customers, and to nurture new relationships going forward.
Responsibilities:
Chasing Quotations via telephone / email daily
Make outgoing calls to customer base and new potential customers
Updating information gained from quotations onto CRM system
Update internal systems to reflect status of quotations / orders and log any calls received to / from customers
Liaising with external sales, internal sales and technical support teams
Qualifying potential sales leads by means of CRM data and Leads Forensics
Database Management – updating of information / cleansing
Make outgoing calls to customer base and potential new customers
Support management team with any tasks/requests as required by the demands of the business
Negotiating and securing new business, preparing and submitting accurate quotations to customers
Support other departments and be adaptable when needed
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication
Experience handling customer calls
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly communicate information both verbally and in writing
Prepared to work flexibly and productively when needed
Sales experience, identifying upselling opportunities and following up enquiries
Organised
Able to manage challenging situations calmly
Great attention to detail, must be flexible and motivated
Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
