Let’s be honest - this isn’t always a glamorous role. It’s early starts, busy mealtimes, and a lot of dishes. But it’s essential.
Because without you, the meals don’t get made. The kitchen doesn’t run. And the people who call this place home don’t get the warmth, nourishment, and dignity they deserve.

Keeping the kitchen spotless, safe, and running like clockwork.
Supporting the cook with food prep and serving of food to deliver well balanced meals on time.
Washing up, clearing down, and staying one step ahead of the next mealtime.
You will rotate stock in fridges, freezers, vegetable store and dry store cupboard in order to help us minimise waste.
Being a vital part of a team that puts people first.
Who you are:
A reliable, hard-working team player who takes pride in a job well done.
Someone who understands that care isn’t just about what’s seen - it’s about what’s felt.
No experience? No problem - we’ll show you the ropes if you bring the right attitude.
We can offer you:
A supportive team who understands the power of what happens in the kitchen.
A workplace where you’re not just the cook—you’re a valued part of our residents’ day.
