As part of this continued growth, we are supporting their search for a Senior People Advisor to join their dynamic People Operations team.
This is a hands-on, varied, and high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR professional. As Senior People Advisor, you'll work closely with managers and employees across the business, offering expert support and driving people-focused initiatives that align with business goals, company values, and employment law.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for complex ER matters including performance, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
. Manager Coaching: Support and coach people managers on HR best practices, performance, and team development.
. Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update policies to ensure legal compliance and clear communication across the business.
. Employee Lifecycle Projects: Identify and lead initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, DEI, and the overall employee experience.
. Onboarding & Offboarding: Improve and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes to deliver a consistent and positive experience.
. Change Management: Support restructures and internal changes with practical guidance and sensitivity to organisational needs.
. HR Data & Insights: Use people metrics to uncover trends, inform decisions, and improve processes.
. Culture & Engagement: Be a values ambassador, helping drive an inclusive, engaged, and supportive work environment.
You'll bring:
. Experience in a People Advisor / HR Generalist role (or similar).
. Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
. A strong track record in managing complex employee relations cases.
. High levels of discretion, professionalism, and organisational skills.
. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
