Summary
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Student Administration team as a Receptionist/Administrative Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our Bispham Campus, providing essential support to our students, staff, and visitors.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a key member of our Student Administration team, you will play a vital role in delivering a professional, responsive, and friendly service across the College. Your duties will involve:
Welcoming students, staff, and visitors, providing a warm and helpful first point of contact.
Assisting with a wide range of administrative functions including student enrolment, funding and eligibility, fee payments, data validation, and more.
Collaborating with various curriculum areas and service departments to ensure smooth operations.
Offering general information, guiding visitors, solving problems, and effectively communicating messages.
Maintaining high standards of customer service and actively contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
