Summary
Supervising and instructing care assistants in all aspects of their work in the home, giving help and guidance where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each resident within the home has an individualised Care Plan. Reading care plans thoroughly in order to ensure that the residents needs are being fully met. Care Plans to be monitored, updated and audited on an ongoing basis in line with Treetops policies and procedures
Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
Follow care plans meticulously to ensure each patient's individual needs are met.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient progress.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Document patient care activities accurately and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
Support patients in engaging with social activities to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
