Summary
What were looking for: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and solid experience in a generalist HR role A broad understanding of HR policies, procedures, and current employment legislation Proven experience supporting managers with a wide range of people matters, including absence, wellbeing, and employee relations Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing others Experience in designing, reviewing, and refining end-to-end HR processes to improve efficiency and user experience across a broad range of people services A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on delivering excellent service A natural communicatorapproachable, clear, and confident at all levels Comfortable using HR systems and digital tools to manage data and improve processes A collaborative, values-led approach with a genuine commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement To be considered for this role, you should be able to particularly demonstrate the person specification criteria in the job advert in your application.
