Summary
To deliver, as part of a team, a comprehensive, safe and cost-effective pharmaceutical service to the Trust and it's patients. To participate and assist in the development of a clinically orientated pharmacy service specifically linked to the specialist area. Perform the professional role of a registered pharmacist which includes advice, supervision, co-operation, problem solving and training and support of colleagues. To be responsible for the provision and development of a clinical pharmacy service to a specific clinical speciality or patient group as agreed with the Deputy Chief Pharmacist and Lead Clinical Pharmacists.
