Summary
Be professionally accountable for assessment of the patients needs, and the development, implementation and evaluation of planned care, demonstrating a collaborative approach through effective communication and decision-making between the multi-professional team, patients and significant others. Demonstrate expert knowledge and skills in the management of the changing health care needs of the patient, responding to changes promptly and appropriately and developing specialised plans of care/ follow relevant protocols in collaboration with other senior nurses/medical staff.
