What You'll Be Doing- Taking briefs from clients and sales teams, ensuring every detail is captured
- Coordinating with production and internal teams to bring projects to life
- Managing timelines, expectations, and budgets with confidence
- Building trusted relationships with clients and suppliers
- Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and add value
- Keeping everything running smoothly - from job instructions to invoicing
- A background in client services or account management (print/mailing experience is a bonus)
- A natural flair for organisation and multitasking
- A customer-first attitude and a drive to exceed expectations
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
