Summary

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team, supporting people in their journey to improved mobility, independence, and well-being.

In this role, you’ll work with a range of conditions, from neurological conditions like stroke and Parkinson’s to musculoskeletal issues such as arthritis and fractures. You’ll also support patients recovering after hospital discharge, working closely with our Reablement team to encourage mobility and maximise their potential.

You’ll assess, treat, and manage patients, tailoring treatment plans to their individual needs and adjusting them as they progress. Your ability to communicate complex clinical information in a clear, supportive way will be essential, as will your ability to work with patients facing communication or cognitive challenges. You’ll also play a key role in safeguarding, ensuring the highest standards of care and professional practice.

We’re looking for someone with a degree in physiotherapy, with at least 2 years post-qualifying experience, HCPC registration, and experience working with diverse and sometimes challenging client groups. You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to travel to patients’ homes and other care settings.

In return, we offer a supportive team environment, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to truly change lives.
