Summary

Working hours: 30 hours per week (With possible flexibility to be discussed at interview- Shift pattern applies with evenings, weekend working and on call responsibility) Interview Date: To be confirmedThe Salvation Army works in Cardiff to support 106 young people in Cardiff who are experiencing homelessness. The contract works within a psychologically informed framework with a trauma informed approach that includes delivering zero evictions within the lifehouses and offering post resettlement support to allow the young person to positively settle and move into independent living. Key Responsibilities: The role of Programme manager is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable clients and has operational responsibility for a specific area of programme within the service.You will ensure the programme you co-ordinate maximises client input and emphasises choice and control in all areas of service delivery.You will be part of the management team producing a high quality and cost-effective service, deputising for the service manager when required.
