Summary
Operating from our new yard at Corpach Slipway, the position is offered on a full time, permanent basis, minimum 40 hours per week, 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday, with the ability to work overtime.
Duties include:
· Dealing with telephone enquiries
· Assisting with weekly payroll,
· Taking bookings & administration,
· Day to day bookkeeping using Sage Accounts,
· Compiling customer invoices,
· Logging supplier invoices,
· Ordering stock / stock checks,
· Social media & advertising,
· Interviews & onboarding,
· Assisting with staff logistics,
· Keeping Health & Safety up to date,
For your duties you should be able to:
· Have excellent timekeeping,
· Excellent computer skills including Excel and some knowledge of data bases and programmes,
· Experience of bookkeeping and/or Sage accounts would be advantageous, but training can be given
· Have impeccable organisational skills,
· Be able to prioritise efficiently,
· Strong work ethic,
· Liaise proactively with providers, colleagues and management,
· Build strong customer relations,
· Self-motivated, working with minimal supervision,
· Strong attention to detail,
· To be able to work independently and as part of a team
· A full UK driving licence would be advantageous
