Summary
We are seeking for an exceptional Senior CDP and a passionate Sous Chef to join our Sonas kitchen team in Fort William.
Successful candidates for these roles will:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- A high standart of personal presentation
- Confident and professional
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced enviroment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekeneds and holidays as needed
