Summary
Are you an experienced Site Agent looking to join a leading rail and infrastructure contractor on a range of high-profile projects across the UK?
We are working in partnership with a well-established, tier-one principal contractor who specialise in rail, civils, geotechnical works, and infrastructure delivery. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured works, they are seeking a driven and experienced Site Agent to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
* Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Maintain strong communication with the project and commercial teams.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Manage resources efficiently and effectively, driving high standards of delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the rail or civils sector.
* Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
* SMSTS, PTS, and other relevant site qualifications are desirable.
* Flexibility to travel and stay away where required.
