Location: Hull
Duration: 5 Weeks
Pay: £16.00 per hour (PAYE via Umbrella)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
A leading provider of student accommodation services is seeking a proactive and dependable
Maintenance Operative to assist with flush out procedures across university residences. This short-term role offers a great opportunity to contribute to essential maintenance operations in a dynamic campus environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the flushing of water systems in student accommodation blocks
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently
• Identify and report any faults or issues to the site supervisor
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, plumbing, or facilities support
• Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Basic DBS preferred
