Commercial Manager, Caravan Stock & Pricing (12 month maternity contract)
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

Ready to take the lead in one of the most exciting commercial roles at Haven? As our Commercial Manager, you’ll oversee pricing strategy, stock planning, and promotional offers that help families make lasting holiday memories. You'll set caravan pricing by park and model, manage used van valuations, and support compelling sales campaigns in partnership with our CRM team. Working closely with Sales, Supply, and Transport teams, you'll ensure the right stock is on the right pitch at the right time. You’ll also monitor competitor activity, track performance, and support our stock targets – helping shape smarter, data-driven decisions that keep our parks thriving. Please note this is a 12 month maternity cover contract.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Owning and maintaining caravan sales pricing at group level, including setting used van valuation rules and ensuring pricing reflects market trends and business needs.
- Working closely with the Caravan Supply Team, communicating high-level stock requirements and ensuring the right mix of caravans is available across parks.
- Setting park-level stock targets by grade for new and used caravans, supporting the supply team in delivering the right units to the right locations at the right time.
- Monitoring and reviewing sales performance, using regular reporting to flag variances from strategy and highlight opportunities or issues for further action.
- Identifying and recommending fleet for release or disposal, playing a key role in the annual planning cycle and ensuring efficient stock management

What we’d like you to bring:
- Proven analytical ability within a relevant commercial setting
- Experience with pricing models and building business cases
- Proven communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across both our park teams and head office
- Familiarity with a caravan park setting and the caravan sales funnel would be highly advantageous
