Summary
Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust has an exciting new opportunity for a Assistant Psychologist to work with all the schools in this growing Multi-Academy Trust. There will be an opportunity to progress to Assistant Educational Psychologist in Year 2.
We are seeking a confident, capable and experienced practitioner to work closely with the Trust’s Educational Psychologist across all the schools in the Trust.
The Trust has an above the national average number of pupils with SEND, therefore we are excited to be taking this innovative approach to providing support and specialist advice to our pupils and their families.
The successful candidate will :
- ·Have a passion for supporting children, who have a range of SEND and SEMH needs
- ·Be an advocate for children and young people by gaining their views and enabling their meaningful participation in SEN processes.
- ·Have passion for supporting the most vulnerable pupils within our Trust
- ·Have a proven track record of working collaboratively with different stakeholders to improve outcomes for pupils
- ·Have strong moral and ethical principles and values
- ·Have the ability to adapt and respond positively to challenging situations
- ·Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ·Be a reflective practitioner who continually strives to develop individual practice.
