Summary
The post holder will be:Responsible for the assessment of care needs, planning, delivering and evaluating a high standard of nursing care. Contributing to the safe and efficient running of the operating theatre department, through the acceptance of agreed additional responsibilities. An accomplished communicator able to contribute, implement and evaluate clinical and professional standards. Initiating and developing evidence based practice ensuring all staff are aware of current issues and changes.
