Summary
We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Wigan
Sectors: New build/ fitout on hospital
Project Type:
FREELANCE: £260 - £290 per shift
Duration: Cover
Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to
- Run the hospital ward ground and 2nd floor fitout/refurb project
- Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
- Report directly to the Project Manager/Contracts Manager
- Manage day to day of the job and sub contractors/labourers
- Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Record on-site progress and lookaheads
Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager
- Experience as a Site Manager (hospital experience preferred)
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
