About the Role:
As we continue to improve and update our website, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Website Tester to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys spotting issues, testing websites across devices, and making sure everything works smoothly before changes go live.
You’ll work closely with our development team by testing updates on our staging and live servers, helping us deliver a seamless experience to our customers without adding extra work to our office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test website functionality on desktop, mobile, and multiple browsers.
• Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
• Follow test checklists and scenarios provided by the development team.
• Provide clear, concise feedback on issues found.
• Help ensure updates are user-friendly, accurate, and responsive before they go live.
What You Need:
• Access to a PC or laptop and a smartphone (if working remotely).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills for reporting issues.
• Basic understanding of web browsing and apps (no coding knowledge needed).
• Ability to manage your own time and work independently.
Work Environment:
• Fully remote option available.
Or office-based at our Wolverhampton HQ, if preferred.
• Flexible hours (approx. 10 per week), depending on development schedules.
