The Role: Primary Teacher / Primary ECT

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Stages: EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (based on your strengths and preferences)
Applicants: Open to both experienced teachers and those completing their training in 2025
Location: Worcester
Salary: MPS – Based on experience

    • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to a variety of learning styles

    • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues


      About You
      • QTS (or working towards QTS by September 2025)


      • A relevant teaching degree or PGCE


      • Passionate about primary education and early childhood development


      • Positive classroom presence with excellent behaviour management skills


      • Reflective, adaptable, and eager to grow within a supportive team
