Summary
Assembly Operative – Temp to Perm
Day Shift – Based in Pershore, Worcestershire
£12.50 per hour + Weekly Bonus (£20 p/w approx.)
RE Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a practically minded Assembly Operative to join a fast-growing company based in Pershore (Worcestershire).
The Role
This hands-on position involves:
• Assembly of components using basic hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, pneumatic rivet guns)
• Manual handling of parts up to 25kg, with crane assistance provided for larger assemblies
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Full training will be provided, but previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial.
What We Are Looking For
• A practical, reliable individual with a strong work ethic
• Own transport is essential due to our location
• Good timekeeping and a positive, productive attitude
Working Hours
• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30
• Friday: 07:00 – 13:00 (early finish)
Pay & Benefits
• £12.50 per hour (basic)
• Weekly bonus of approximately £20 for full attendance and meeting productivity targets
• Opportunity for permanent employment following a successful temporary period
