Summary

Assembly Operatives – Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

RE Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with PHINIA, a leading global manufacturer, to recruit Assembly Operatives at their modern facility in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

You will play a key role in the assembly and testing of fuel injectors, used in the engines of major manufacturers of large goods vehicles (LGVs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual assembly of precision fuel injection units

  
  

• Operating test rigs and identifying any non-conformities

  
  

• Performing repetitive tasks involving small components

  
  

• Conducting quality checks and testing of finished products

  
  Pay Rates:

  • Basic rate: £16.42 per hour

    
    

  • Overtime: £18.32 per hour

    
    

  • Sunday overtime: £24.42 per hour

    
    Shift Pattern (4-Week Rotation):

    You must have access to reliable transport to accommodate a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, covering both days and nights (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am).

    Week 1: 4 Nights (Mon–Thu)
    Week 2: 3 Days (Mon–Wed) + 3 Nights (Fri–Sun)
    Week 3: 4 Days (Thu–Sun)
    Week 4: Week off
