Job Title: Skilled Labourer – EX14 Location: St Austell, EX14 Rate: £16.00 per hour Working Hours: 07:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediate starts Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer for immediate work on a refurbishment project in Honiton (EX14 ). The role involves general labouring duties, supporting trades on-site, and using your own hand tools as needed. Key Duties & Responsibilities: General site labouring, including keeping the site clean and organised. Assisting tradespeople with materials and tools. Basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, or fixing as directed (using own hand tools). Unloading and distributing materials across site. Removing waste and maintaining a safe working environment. Following site safety protocols and reporting any hazards. Supporting with minor carpentry or fixings where required. Requirements: Proven experience as a skilled or general labourer. Own basic hand tools (essential). CSCS card (required). Own PPE (boots, hard hat, hi-vis). Ability to work long hours and follow site instructions. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
