Summary

Contract Personnel are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Assembly Operative for a temp to perm position in the NR15 area.

As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the assembly of windows, doors, and conservatories. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to carry out various assembly tasks, work with precision, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble windows, doors, and conservatories to specification

  
  

• Complete necessary paperwork to confirm job specifications and quality checks

  
  

• Perform heavy lifting as part of the assembly process

  
  

• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

  
  

• Assist with other general duties as required by the production team

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing (window and door experience is a plus)

    
    

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    
    

  • Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting tasks

    
    

  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

    
    

  • A positive, can-do attitude and flexibility to assist with various tasks
