• Driving licence preferred but not required
Your Training Journey
September–December: Foundation Phase
Observe masterful teaching techniques, participate in collaborative lessons, and develop essential classroom management skills
January–March: Development Phase
Design and deliver your own lessons with ongoing mentor support and feedback
April–July: Independence Phase
Take full teaching responsibility and complete your QTS qualification requirements
