Summary

The successful candidate must have direct and extensive experience of designing and operating systems and services in relation to high value financial transactions. They must have experience working in highly regulated environments and ideally come with direct experience of the packaging value chain. They must have the ability to visualise how the operational arrangements that underpin the pEPR scheme can develop and improve, bringing the packaging value chain along the journey to success.

You will need the ability to -

Build relationships with all people regardless of their background;
Become a key advisor and partner by applying your skills to drive a positive, inclusive and authentic organisational culture;
Have the capability to take people – both within the organisation and across the wider network of stakeholders – with you;
Inspire and empower people at all levels; and
Adapt best practice methods and techniques in EPR design and operation from around the world.
