We are a rapidly expanding assisted living & social care company looking for new employees with passion, drive and self motivation. Must have a can do, will do attitude and strive for excellence. Candidate must be reliable, punctual, honest and trustworthy.
Job roles include;
Supporting clients in their own home
Encouraging and supporting the client with hobbies and interests
Accompanying clients on activities within the community
Light housework duties
Helping with meal preparation
Helping out with collecting prescription and light shopping
Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given
Use of own car is essential, a milage allowance is provided.
Staff are personally matched with the clients.
Regular working patterns with the same clients.
Flexible working patterns available Monday to Sunday, including some weekend and evening work.
