As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a hospital setting. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all who use our facilities.

The post holder may work in an environment where they could be exposed to sensitive circumstances.

The Role

Ensure the effective cleaning and maintenance of hygiene standards in your designated area, following work schedules and approved methods

Meet service level agreements and quality standards in line with Company and NHS Trust policies

Safely collect and dispose of non-clinical and clinical waste in accordance with procedures

Manage and safely store cleaning supplies and stock, ensuring availability as needed

Support with meal and beverage services as required, ensuring they meet established standards

Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and dignity at all times, adhering to Data Protection legislation and Trust policies

Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully across all Company and Trust premises

About You

Excellent customer service skills

Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude

A team player who works well with customers and colleagues

Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner

Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
