As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will bring your practical and knowledgeable experience in maintenance engineering to this permanent position based in Northampton.

About the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Position
The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for executing both planned and unplanned maintenance activities, ensuring all site assets are maintained to a high standard and meet site requirements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability of equipment and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities to an agreed standard, ensuring safety at all times.
• Use SAP to capture all maintenance activities (training provided).
• Provide functional support and expertise to attain engineering standards across the site.
• Perform against relevant Engineering KPIs.
• Ensure a robust and clearly communicated safe system of work for all activities, properly risk assessed.
• Correctly book parts to help control stock levels in stores.
• Be flexible with working hours, including shift cover and overtime.

The ideal candidate will be practical and knowledgeable in maintenance engineering, with the ability to read and understand engineering drawings. You will be target-driven, willing to learn, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Teamwork, inquisitiveness, analytical thinking, adaptability, and flexibility are essential traits for this role.
