We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver cost, contract, and project management services across a range of building, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. You will manage both capital and revenue works, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational priorities. This is a key role requiring strong operational and project leadership to support the successful planning and execution of construction-related initiatives that enhance our built environment and meet strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

Manage a series of building, refurbishment and fit out works in accordance with business case objectives.Manage appropriate external consultants, building surveyors, engineers to support project works.Procure contractors in accordance with the Agency’s policies and procedures.Work with Procurement and the Agency’s external legal advisors where required.Ensure all projects are undertaken in accordance with Construction & Design Management regsProvide clear concise and timely individual project plans and reports to the Programme ManagerWork with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
