Night Care Assistant – Combe Lea, Midsomer Norton
About Our Community Resource Centres (CRCs)
We operate two Community Resource Centres in Bath and Midsomer Norton, each offering residential care for 30–45 older adults. These centres provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals with a range of needs, including dementia and physical disabilities.

Combe Lea is a warm and welcoming care home where we focus on promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our residents through meaningful activities and compassionate care.

Your Role as a Night Care Assistant
As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering person-centred care overnight. You’ll:

Build respectful, professional relationships with residents and colleagues
Support residents to maintain independence and dignity
Use equipment safely and effectively (full training provided)
Contribute to a positive, caring environment where compassion and quality are valued.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills
Has a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care
Ideally has experience in care (though not essential – we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including nursing, learning disabilities, and healthcare)
