Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a Commercial Vehicle Specialist, located in Sheffield.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Motor Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
- Deliver maintenance, servicing, and repair work on the move - combination of Vans, LCV's and Cars.
- Utilise their technical knowledge.
- Adhere to both manufacturer & health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure customer vehicles get back on the road where they belong as quickly as possible.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs on Vans, LCVs & Cars.
- Following Health & Safety regulations
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
Requirements:
- At least a Level 2 Qualification, or equivalent.
- A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
- Dedicated and committed approach.
- Exemplary customer service
- Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
- Your own Vehicle Technician tools
The salary of this role is up to £36,720 basic with OTE of £41,940.
Hours of work in this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday (42.5 hours) / 1-in-4 Saturday mornings.
