Boston College is seeking to recruit a Directorate Support Admin Co-ordinator to work within their Quality Performance & Standards team.
This interesting and varied role will provide administrative support to the Head of English and Maths, Head of Quality, Teaching, Learning and Assessment and Digital Education. You will be a key part of the Quality Performance & Standards team, significantly contributing to the learner experience and supporting the Information Services team with wider duties as required. The role involves coordinating the administrative support of the directorate admin team to ensure timely data validations. You will also coordinate Directorate Support Administrators, monitor validation reports, and train new administrators.
The successful candidate will possess GCSE Grade A to C (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Essential skills include familiarity with Microsoft packages, good written and verbal communication, exceptional accuracy, excellent organisational and record-keeping skills, and the ability to produce high-quality work. You should be able to work both effectively as part of a team and independently, follow procedures, respond to varied workloads under pressure, and possess strong planning, prioritisation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. An understanding of working in a confidential environment and GDPR is also essential.
