We are recruiting for a Team Leader to work with individual/s with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism. The key responsibility of the Team Leader will be to lead support workers and manage the service to ensure positive outcomes.

Hours of Work:37.5 Hours Per Week. Shifts between: 07:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 07:00

• They are a people person and wants to spread their wings, branch out, meet new people and make new friends.

For this role you should:
• Be organised

• Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
