Summary
We’re looking for a Youth Engagement Worker to join our team at Transform Training!
You’ll work directly with young people—helping them access our programmes, stay involved, and feel supported every step of the way.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
✅ Building relationships with young people
✅ Helping them overcome barriers to participation
✅ Promoting our programmes and supporting engagement
✅ Making sure their voices are heard and valued
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience working with young people
✔ Great communication and people skills
✔ A proactive, inclusive approach
✔ Willingness to work flexibly (some evenings/weekends)
