Permanent – 37.5 Hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Estimator to join our team based out of our Leeds office.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will join a growing team of passionate and dedicated Preconstruction professionals, providing commercial support to the estimating team throughout the region on new build projects of varying values.

We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for the project at hand, whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment. Your duties will include:

Pre-acquisition studies
Benchmarking
Maintain and accurate cost base by regular review of market price
Co-ordination of tender bids
Input subcontractor bids into tender
Check and acknowledge tender documents and amendments
Organise copy of tender documents and amendments for appropriate parties
Record supply chain and performance data
Candidates are not required to have previous experience but qualified to degree level would be preferred, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.

You must hold a current driving licence, and you will work towards gaining CSCS qualification, as required
