Job Details

Receptionist / Caretaker required on a permanent part time basis based at Fife House, Glenrothes which is a large busy office building. With a salary of £24,740.74 to £25,885.80 pro rata.

Fife House, Glenrothes, Receptionist / Caretaker

Post – 35 hours per week – 6:00am to 1:30pm Monday to Friday, 52-week contract. (1 hour per day paid at enhanced rates)

You will earn a competitive salary and have access to a range of benefits, including:

£13.18 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

The Person

Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level including English or equivalent.
Ensuring the safe and efficient procedures of a range of buildings. (Take ownership - See ‘How We Work Matters’ Framework).
Experience of resolving telephone enquiries.
Communication skills.
Team working skills (work together).
You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post
