Service user is an 8-year-old male he enjoys playing outside mostly at a park. He finds joy in reciting nursery rhymes and ABCsService user is very hyper and suffers from severe Autism and ADHD Mohammed needs somebody who's not only patient but understanding. Sometimes it's very difficult to decipher his needs and wants therefore we need somebody who's considerate. He is also extremely strong so we need somebody who can handle that. He enjoys climbing and being chased around.
Service User is a bright and energetic child with a world of potential just waiting to be unlocked. To help him thrive, we want to encourage more opportunities for him to socialise with children his age. Engaging in group activities whether it's through games or creative leisure. These activities can spark his curiosity and foster a love for learning and discovery. He is a very creative child he loves to be surrounded with colours and paint. We would like him to learn when it's appropriate to ask for certain things at certain times. He also needs to thrive to learn sitting in a restaurant or bus without causing a scene. We would also like him to learn dangers. In particular when go out to the playground he will attempt to run away towards busy roads as he truly sees so danger towards it and thinks it's a part a joke. There have been several cases where he has has tried to get out of his seatbelt when driving. Although theses attempts fail, we still worry that he will try and try again until he's successful. To prevent that from happening we want to teach service user to overcome that bad habit before it escalates. We would appreciate if he can be taught road safety and a sense of danger when it comes to keeping him and others safe .
